Notification for Service Termination

Inform By Customer:

You are required to inform us via mail, email or phone in one month notice before terminate the service provided.

Inform By Hong Kong e-Solutions (Due to Outstanding Payment):

1. After the service started, we will send out the invoice on every month. However, if the payment has not been settled within 7 days from the date of Invoice, then;

2. Second notice will be send out which mention that the payment is needed to settle within 3 working days (Sunday and Public Holiday is not included) from the date of Second Notice.

3. Finally, if the payment is still outstanding, then the service provided will be terminated at our side without further notice, and the deposit money will not be refunded to the customer.
